Human rights are freedom from unlawful detention, torture, and execution considered to belong fundamentally to all people. In 1948 the international community adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, international human rights have been codified in a series of legally binding international conventions and agreements and declarations of persuasive moral force. In 1971 an international medical-humanitarian organization created Doctors Without Borders. There are many ways to protect people, and several types of doctrines have been implemented to help protect people. Humanitarian intervention, peacekeeping force, responsibility to protect (R2P), sovereignty and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) are some of the ways people are protected. Human rights mean that you have freedom as an individual. Freedom of speech, freedom of education, freedom of healthcare, freedom of housing, freedom of religion, freedom from fear, freedom of education. This is where the Universal Declaration of Human Rights describes the rights to which all people are entitled. At the international level, there is a comprehensive legal framework for the protection and promotion of these rights, with the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) being the main binding document on women's rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) has been signed by over 150 member states. It establishes the rights to which all people are entitled, including liberty, physical security, and freedom from discrimination and torture. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is central to customary international law and United Nations human rights instruments. (big decisions). Recognized by human rights treaties that are... middle of paper... one, everywhere, although the ways in which they are implemented vary between regions and countries. At the national level, the national constitution ensures that human rights are guaranteed and commits state authorities to respect, protect and implement them in their policies and decision-making processes. In conclusion, using human rights as a way to protect the people of all countries is a law that will need to be implemented and followed by everyone. It is not fair to all people who have the same rights internationally. It is up to leaders to follow the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Now is the right time to include them in their policies and apply them better. Having another country invade yours to force your leaders to play by the rules is torture in itself. To put an end to all these responsibilities all they have to do is treat their people well.
