IyraI have looked at Earth my entire life, looking through the glass walls of the Skyway, believing I don't belong there. My guardian Ezamerele tells me I wouldn't survive on Earth and the Skyway is the best place for me. I think Ezamerele is wrong, even though she wasn't born on the Skyway, but was brought here from Earth. Eza is just my Guardian, she's not who I am, she just knows what I show her. I know, I have known, that I belong to Earth and I must find out how to get there. I first realized I needed the ground under my feet when Ezamerele arrived at the Greenhouse Unit. 673 was one of the smaller Units, but it was jam-packed with activity. Vegetable growers ran back and forth between each station. Eza took me to see the ground pit. “Take off your socks and shoes.” He said as he took his and walked into the mess. I'll be right there to say hello, okay?" I say as the car stops so I can get in. “Bye bye Laila!” “Hi Landa!” I say as the car drives away from my sister. I say goodbye, just as quickly. “You're going to need good luck here. I whisper to myself, hoping the words will reach his ears. I would like him to grow up loving where he comes from. They usually don't allow three members of the same family onto the Skyway, even if they are good at what they want them to do. Yolanda is the only thing that would keep me here, but not even she can stop me from going to where I belong. Ezamerele, here I am, my sister.
