Introduction: Communication is the most important link between people and organizations, in particular managerial communication which occurs between managers, employees and other organizations and takes place in the workplace. To send and send managers' goals to employees it is impressive to communicate in a way that should take a lot of sense and less time, nowadays the emergence of IT has made managerial communication so smooth and timeless, but it should be organized in a better way otherwise it would be complicated. Twenty-first century technology has brought fundamental changes to business and the workplace, especially in communication, using different types of communication tools that managers can use to communicate in the workplace. The main technological tools that can facilitate communication in the workplace are videotapes, electronic mail, computer conferencing, fax, voice mail, teleconferencing and video conferencing. We can mention some important ones as below: Networking: Networking is a technological tool that has an important use in communication, it can be voice communication or video communication, but it has some limitations that most of the time we cannot keep as proof in our communication cycle, which is why it is best to use written communications such as emails, text messages and faxes. Wireless Communications: The other type of technological communication tool is wireless communication such as cell phones, iPods etc. That they are able to do anything, for example from...... middle of paper ......:However employees have access to technological communication tools, but it is more effective and impressive to communicate face to face. Risky: Risk is another main problem of technological communication tools, these tools can be affected by many internal and external factors, such as hackers and viruses. Technological communication cannot be used as evidence compared to paper work which cannot be influenced by external factors, and can be used as evidence. Demotivation in teamwork: it is practically proven that: those teams working for a specific task or research will not work on behalf of the manager if the communication takes place via IT tools and would feel demotivated if the manager is present, they would do them better.
