When you come together, understanding the problem from all perspectives will pave the way towards reducing bullying. However, to achieve an effective result from the proposal, such a result should not be imposed. An example would be to force students who play the role of the bully to participate in a program to improve their social skills, but some studies have shown that they "behave quite badly". However, there have been studies where a “whole school intervention” occurs that are more likely to show an improvement in the rate of bullying prevention.
