In the article "The Legal Murder of Trayvon Martin and New York City Stop-and-Frisk Law: America's War Against Black Males Rages On" it talks about a neighborhood watchman who kills an innocent black boy. In the story, Zimmerman calls 911 and tells them he saw suspicious activity inside the gated community. They told him to stay inside his SUV and not approach Trayvon. He ignored the operator, which led to a collision that killed Trayvon. Societies see African Americans as a threat because of the reputations they build. In this case no one was ever arrested and no one was found guilty. Our society needs to protect our community and the public, but not to kill a harmless person. It's not just about police violence, it's also about racism. To stop the police and anyone else from doing harm, we need more technology out there and the situation taken seriously. Complaints that officers are racist or kill an innocent person will decrease
