Ever since I was a child, my most notable characteristics have been the curiosity to learn new topics and quench my curiosity. My keen interest in learning new ideas, combined with my inner desire to reach heights of excellence, has enabled me to gain good knowledge on various aspects. From the early childhood of my school life, I had a huge interest in mathematics and physics. Learning of various phenomena such as refraction, total internal reflection; the communication techniques used in television and radio broadcasts have further increased my orientation towards subjects that help in the acquisition of practical knowledge. I ranked among the top 5% in the nationwide GITAM Admission Test (GAT) which helped me get admission in the course I always wanted to pursue - "Electronic and Communication Engineering" in the prestigious GITAM University, Visakhapatnam. Curriculum subjects such as Large Scale Integrated Circuits, Digital Communications, Wireless Communications and Microwave Engineering really attracted me. Having been a diligent student to the core, I completed my studies at St. Joseph's English Medium High School with an excellent result. My analytical skills were recognized at an early stage by my teachers, and under their prudent mentorship, my abilities flourished. It was the combination of my relentless hard work, continuous mentorship from my teachers and continuous support from my parents that helped me score an 88.16% in my 10th final exam with 99% in Mathematics. After achieving such outstanding grades, I realized that I am a mathematician with a penchant for mathematics combined with the ability to succeed. With this in mind I had chosen mathematics, physics and chemistry as my main... medium of work... the world offers the opportunity to socialize with people of different nationalities. Selecting a university from a bounty of options seemed like a Herculean task to me. I have narrowed down my selection to a few parameters such as the geography of the college, the research activities undertaken, the department, the faculty and the vision of the University. While looking for a place to gain scholarship, I found your institution, SUNY Buffalo. I firmly believe that this university with its advanced academic curriculum, world-class facilities and research resources will not only provide me with technical knowledge in the area of ​​interest but will also be a springboard for a career in technology and research. I am confident that the experience I would gain at your university and the exposure to a diverse student body and faculty would be the best environment to achieve my goals.
