Topic > Long-term negative effects of deforestation in the Amazon

What would happen if one day the Amazon forest disappeared? The disappearance of the Amazon forest is not a hypothesis. This will absolutely happen if people continue to deforest the Amazon forest to meet diverse needs. Huge areas of the Amazon have been deforested due to agricultural activities. Additionally, the rate of deforestation has increased in other ways, such as obtaining more land to live on and overuse of wood. Therefore, a large amount of trees were cut down and led to the destruction of the forest. People have been doing this kind of activity for many years and these deforestation activities have brought many permanent and long-term problems. Although society has begun to consider the problem of deforestation, it is not easy to solve it completely. Land desertification can represent a huge area that is almost impossible to control. Furthermore, deforestation not only threatens the people and animals of the Amazon, but also the world. Therefore, deforestation is one of the biggest problems in the world that people need to consider because it involves three main long-term effects: land desertification, species extinction and climate transformation. The research paper will discuss and consider the long-term negative effects in the Amazon. rainforest caused by deforestation. First, the paper will present the cause and effect of land deforestation. Another consideration is the extinction of endangered species leading to compromising the biodiversity of the Amazon. Finally, the paper will focus on how climate transformation and global warming affect the Amazon and what people should do to save forests and solve these problems.1.
