However, this article extensively describes nurses' destructive behavior and tactics or strategies to handle the situation. The author used aggregate data; however, no particular source was mentioned. This article provides a systemic view of the behavior of hospital staff and general healthcare workers. The author shows the different strategic approaches for different emotional states and situations and summarizes the result by showing the impact of the strategies on such situations. (Duffy, M., 2003). The treatment or interventions adopted by the author are applicable to almost all types of patients.
