Learning Review. This course was created with the aim of developing skills and abilities to improve the future career prospects of university students. This module has had a positive impact on several personal development skills, communication, self-management, self-confidence and the ability to learn effectively in different learning styles. The "Understanding the world of business" module allowed me to reflect on my learning, performance and results and to plan my personal, educational and professional development. The course was useful for understanding the interconnected nature of business organizations and the importance of decision making in increasingly competitive and globalized markets. I learned the key concepts in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and business ethics, equality and diversity, unified around the concept of achieving corporate objectives through people. The lesson was introduced to see the business world as a collection of interconnected processes to develop a range of analytical techniques and critical thinking skills for current academic approaches and cross-functional issues and topics through several integrated case studies. The module analyzed business-society relationships through the theories and practices of business ethics and social responsibility and how business ethics has evolved from theoretical frameworks on how businesses should be managed. The knowledge and skills that brought me to the course were primarily an introduction to understanding the development of appropriate corporate policies and strategies to meet the needs of stakeholders in a changing environment, developing an understanding of the role of CSR policies ( business ethics... at the heart of the document... skills that people can During our group discussion in class we had the opportunity to discuss and explore different practical case studies and how business psychology can help us understand particular issues business with the conclusion that strong ethics build trust, trust builds relationships and relationships build success terms of personal development I feel the course has helped me develop the skills I need to improve my grades and increase my my confidence. This course helped me become more aware of my weaknesses. I recommend this module to all students. The resources helped me understand how I could become more effective and realize my strengths and weaknesses regarding my skills and working in a team environment. I found the principles of business ethics to be a stimulating module. I think everyone should learn these principles.
