Coping styles are necessary to keep the creative flow moving within me. Reflection and journaling help me focus and align, while also reminding me of Isaiah 45:2 I will go before you and level the mountains; I will break the bronze gates and break the iron bars. The scriptures speak to me, reminding me that dwelling in anger and worry allows a blockage to form in my subconscious, disrupting the unity between me and God. The spirit of the Lord cannot work in confusion, so my mind must submit to His will so that peace can flow. Our minds become like mountains and doors of brass when we are angry or worried, walls that seem immovable, so we make the Lord's work more difficult by becoming angry, bitter, and burned out. Only time opens the door of our mind to receive inspiration from the source of life offered through Jesus
