Introduction One of the major problems facing businesses around the world in today's society is workplace bullies. In almost every workplace there is a bully. In today's world there are so many different lifestyles and there is usually one person who believes it is their job to push others to do better. What is workplace bullying? What drives these people to become bullies? Who are the bullies and victims? How do we prevent bullying? These are some of the questions I will answer in this article. Personally I don't think there is room for bullies in the workplace. Everyone comes to work for the same reasons and that is to earn a living. We go to work to support our loved ones and ourselves. No one should go to work and have to deal with a bully. Businesses survive many battles every day. Maybe a bully won't completely destroy a company, but he will hold it back. Just think about how you feel the next time someone teases you, insults you, or plays pranks on you. It doesn't feel good and might even make you angry. So take that feeling and go target customers, it's a trickle down effect and we need to find a solution to the problem. Now that I have your attention, let's take a deeper look at workplace bullies and follow the key takeaways from the current situation in the workplace.
