Students will use iPads and open the Ausrama application to scan images of the Great Wall of China; they will discover that this wonder has connections to the Qin dynasty. The Great Wall of China was first built under the Qin Dynasty and they will learn how this dynasty found and ended. Students will work independently on this assignment. At the end of the learning time, students will work in groups of 4-5 where they will share information about the content. ConclusionAfter working in groups, students will select representatives to conduct short presentations on what they have learned about the construction of the Great Wall of China and information about the Qin Dynasty. Introduction: In this lesson, the teacher will remind students of what they have learned since the last lesson on Qin Dynasty. Body: Initially the teacher will ask students to watch a video about Emperor Qin who conspired as the first emperor and the extremely powerful Chinese history. Next, students will be asked to color a picture of a Terracotta Army and then use the Quiver app on iPads to explore the history behind the Terracotta Army and Qin's tomb. Bottom line: At the end of Lesson 4, students are required to write a short article of approximately 100 words to reflect their understanding of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's attributions in ancient China
