In the field of psychology you can find an abundance of mental disorders that can affect people all over the world. Among all the mental disorders that can be found in the world, some are more well known and widespread than others. The following disorders could be described as well-known and widespread disorders: depression, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, and obsessive compulsive disorder, which could also be called OCD. All of these mental disorders can be very dangerous and possibly deadly if people do not receive the proper treatment to contain these disorders. Among these very dangerous and possibly deadly disorders, I believe Alzheimer's is the most interesting disorder. I think Alzheimer's is the most interesting disorder, because I think we have the least understanding of Alzheimer's disorder. As a society, we still do not have a cure that completely stops this disorder. Alzheimer's disorder is a mental disorder that affects the brain, and the disorder specifically affects the part of the brain dedicated to memory. The disorder slows down the memory section of the brain, and as a result, the number one symptom of Alzheimer's is memory loss. The disorder does not usually affect young people, but instead affects people over the age of sixty. The disorder can become so severe that the patient may lose almost everything that has happened in his life. Patients usually lose their memory of their childhood during the most severe, intense, and final stage of the disorder. Alzheimer's disease can also have a drastic effect on the patient's family, because during the disorder the patient may forget about the entire family.Alz...... center of paper......ferent drugs that do not have l effect same type or amount of symptoms are as follows: Donepezil and Galantamine. Donepezil has many symptoms that you can develop from taking it, and here are some of these symptoms: nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss, frequent urination, muscle cramps, excessive tiredness, and chest pain. Galantamine has many of the same symptoms as donepezil, but here are some that are different: blurred vision, wrinkled skin, sunken eyes, redness of the upper chest, and decreased urination. Because the drugs have different symptoms, people taking both drugs may get one symptom from one and another from the other. These symptoms that accompany the medications are just another struggle that Alzheimer's patients face during the disease.
