The restaurant has about 48 tables not counting the patio which has another 8 tables but is only open when the weather is nice outside so it doesn't count on this income approximation. Therefore, the average tables used by customers for these 48 tables during the day is between 300 and 350 tables, with an estimated cost of $20 per table, which gives us a daily income of between $6,000 and $7,000. If we used the same cost estimate during a normal week when the restaurant is open, the 7 days of the week (Monday to Monday), it would give us a weekly income of between $42,000 and $49,000 dollars, this would certainly vary depending on the week and how full the restaurant was during the week. But if we used the same approximation to calculate monthly income, we would get a monthly income of between $189,000 and $220,000. That's a really nice income based just on the regular meals of two customers who went and enjoyed a regular $20 dollar meal without spending any more money on alcoholic beverages or dessert. In my personal opinion the restaurant has been very successful over the years. Because they have learned how to create a profitable system that allows them to earn money and at the same time offer customers good service at an affordable price
