The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines success as "the obtaining or attainment of wealth, respect, or fame, and the correct or desired result of an attempt." In our everyday human terms we refer to this as the “resulting feeling of accomplishment.” Or perhaps defined as the favorable or prosperous conclusion of attempts or efforts; and even achieving your own self-made goals. Seems pretty simple, right, huh? Wrong! Success itself is much more complex than it seems to the average person on planet Earth. Have you ever met someone rich and famous? He's confident, classy and always happy - the epitome of mainstream success? What is invisible to the common eye is the fact that beneath the individual's joy lies the indestructible, dark shell of horror and secrecy that comes with achieving success. This may seem strange, but it is the reality for many of the world's successful millionaires, billionaires or even famous people. Or on the contrary, he is stressed, confused about his goals in life and totally unsure about the choices he has made in life. In my judgment of the life around me, I'm pretty sure this last statement is present in successful individuals. We remember the famous American dream of a big house, a sports car, a wonderful wife and beautiful children, and always “our” financial freedom. For some, it may include a boat or a quiet cottage by the lake or something along those lines. However, another definition of success lists none of these. Success has nothing to do with material goods but is rather linked to broader concepts. Me and mainstream marketing… middle of the paper… be happy if you keep searching for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you search for the meaning of life.” What he essentially means is that a man should not lose his identity in this life, do what is right for you, but do not change for bad, strive only for the best, hope for the good and the rest will follow. Success is born within and will always remain there; It's neither lipstick nor mascara that people smear on their faces to look like a completely different person. If you are successful, it will resonate within you and you will understand it soon enough, there is absolutely no reason to blatantly accept the wrong definition of success in pleasuring yourself. You will continue to find yourself going in the wrong direction, missing out on opportunities and happy moments along the way. But remember that success is innate, look "inside" you.
