First, employees need to be constantly accountable as problems are just a click away. One wrong move and a photo can be uploaded to social media and explode. One instance where this happened was at the fast food restaurant Taco Bell. A tweet sent by a user showed a photo of a Taco Bell employee with his hands in an unsanitary place on his body during a shift, right before he was about to handle a customer's food. Before social media, the reaction would not have been as rapid and global as it occurred, and it most likely would not have been as big of an issue as it actually was. Another example of using social media to harm a company was during Gabe's news presentation on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. In his presentation he discussed how passengers on board took photos of the situation and uploaded them to social media. This allowed millions of people to see the conditions and events that were occurring and to be outraged at Royal Caribbean for allowing such events to happen. While social media can be used to positively review a product, it can also be used to negatively review one, as shown through these two
