Social networking is like a drug and once you are hooked, you can't go back. These sites are very powerful outlets that have the ability to make great things happen, as well as bad things. While these sites are well recommended, they also have disadvantages. Cyberbullying, privacy issues and rumors are these disadvantages. For starters, cyberbullying has been a problem especially for young people for as long as I can remember. Cyberbullying occurs when you receive a message or image that is posted anonymously and quickly distributed to a very large audience (“thing”). What people don't realize is that being bullied actually affects the victim in question.
