The qualitative research design assumes reduced constraints and allows the researcher to increase influences in the analysis, the disadvantage of the qualitative research design is the inability to exploit a generous portion of the participant sample, as a result of the considerable amount of data obtained and the laborious amount of time required to complete the task at hand.
