Topic > Reasons for the Peasants' Revolt - 744

The Peasants' Revolt occurred in 1525 because the wealth of the nation was not distributed among the people in an equivalent way, in conjunction with the wealth not equally divided, the sharecropper wanted the serfdom of the glebe was abolished. The laborers used God's Word to demonstrate that they had the right to rebel. Public affairs also played a role in the revolution. The laborers forced the hands of the nobles to collaborate in insubordination. The upper class men had all the wealth in the world at their fingertips while the lower classes didn't have two pennies to scrape by. “…The rich should share with the poor, especially with those rich who have acquired their property by trade or otherwise obtained it from the poor.” (#8) Favoritism draws attention, says nobles had won land from peasants but stereotypically the upper classes have had land in their family for generations. Trade among the people was unfair to agricultural laborers. The laborers shaped the land and "had to be brothers among themselves" (n. 8), they had to have the right to the property and not have to work it only for the lords. On the contrary, the upper class “purchased this right for a considerable sum of money… [if the peasants want to be freed from their duties towards us nobles, then] the peasants will pay us a reasonable sum of money.” (#4) Until the sharecroppers began attacking the nobles, "they stood by, unaware that misfortune was approaching [the peasants]" (#11) Instead of adopting and changing their way of life, the peasants they challenged the nobles to a war and lost. A total of souls that were consumed by the sinful acts of the Hordes of Robbing and Murdering Peasants was 100,000. The low...... middle of the card...... nobles. Martin Luther wrote the book Against the Robbing and Murderous Peasant Hordes. In that book he said that it was right for the upper class to go and kill the lower classes. So that the public could circumvent another “unprecedented and unchristian rebellion,” the officials who advised Charles V created the Imperial Diet Decree. (#12) The officials who created this document brought it to life so they could restore power to its “former and honorable state.” (#12)The peasant revolt accumulated due to the economic problems of the lower classes of the Holy Roman Empire. Aiding commercial puzzles, sharecroppers fought for the elimination of feudal society. To prove to the people that they had the right to make a revolution, the peasants used the word of God to convince them. The company also had an impact on the affairs of the revolution.
