Most of their concerns have been addressed by the reception staff, the ones that cannot be answered are the course organizers who are equipped with the knowledge and experience to answer such questions. One of the first things I learned from day one is attention to detail, patience, being helpful and tolerance with every single student or person who comes to the faculty regarding particular issues.
