Although I do not think it is necessary for a leader to have fifty years of education before being able to enter a position of authority, I do believe that leaders should be well educated. This benefits the whole society if they have a wise and competent leader. I also think that a leader should be honest and motivated to improve society, rather than driven by money or power. Aurelio also has some good ideas about what the ideal leader should be. A leader should be patient and tolerant towards others, especially when they disagree. They should also be willing to admit and correct their mistakes. This earns a lot of respect among people in any society.
