Topic > Crucifixion of Jesus Christ - 1944

In this report we will discuss the Crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ. In this report we will have the gospel of Matthew 27:32-50 as the biblical text, and these verses will be analyzed verse by verse. It is very beautiful to observe that all the gospels talk about the crucifixion of Jesus in a broader section than other events in his life. There is a great reason: for Jesus this last part of his work means the fulfillment of God's salvific plan. Paul says that he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross (Philippians 2:8). We will therefore observe the following, as Matthew wrote in his gospel. 27.32-34: 32 When they went out, they found a man from Cyrene, named Simon, and forced him to carry his cross. , 33 They came to a place called Gol'-go-tha, that is, the place of the skull, 34 They gave him vinegar mixed with gall to drink: and when he had tasted it, he would not drink. These verses concern the passions of Christ before his crucifixion. History says that the traditional Stations of the Cross begins in the Via Dolorosa, which is one of the main east-west streets of Jerusalem. Today on this street we find the chapel of the Flagellation and the convent of the sister of Sion. Our Lord Jesus carried his cross part of the way and they left Jerusalem. The soldiers forced a certain Simon, named Simon, from Cyrena, a city in North Africa, to carry the cross of Jesus. Some theologians believe that Simon was a Jewish man, others believe that he was a black man. But most importantly, he had the great privilege of carrying the cross of Jesus. Verse 33 is about the location of the crucifixion. All four gospels contain the word geek kranian, which came into English from many with the Latin form cranium. In M... half the paper... three hours. I think that these three hours were the highest point of his passions, because in that moment Jesus felt the abandonment of God the Father very well. After the darkness, at the ninth hour Matthew recounts Christ's last defenses before his death. Christ's last word shows how much he suffered for our sins. Matthew only writes that Jesus cried out aloud one more time and then died, but John writes that before Jesus gave up the spirit, he said, “It is finished.” Jesus said that his sufferings are over, that they fulfill the entire plan of man's salvation made by God the Father, from the beginning. Jesus is God's solution for our salvation. In Genesis God speaks for the first time about the Messiah, who will rebuild the relationship between God and man. The Messiah came and died, fulfilling God's plan of salvation. Jesus suffered for our sins and died in our place.
