There are several components to creating a vision and choosing your personal vision community to achieve that goal. Having all members of the vision community on the same page in terms of understanding the vision is also important because being on the same page will help ensure the likelihood of the vision becoming achievable. Some factors that will be necessary to choose and maintain a vision community together are interdependence, sense of belonging, group structure, interactions, influences, and motivations for being part of the group. These factors were all information provided by the Laulima module. Additionally, engagement in the vision community is also important.
