In HR, I will work with people every day, interview candidates and ask them questions, such as why they consider themselves a great asset to the company. As an HR professional, I will also organize orientations, speak at new employee orientations, and recruit people for the company. Flexibility is the best part of HR because I have the chance to work for a small company where I would have my own significant level of responsibility, like just interviewing candidates. Or I could choose to work for a large company where I would have a variety of tasks to perform, such as interviewing candidates, hiring candidates, and organizing orientations. The space to grow and progress is also a great reason why I choose HR. As a junior HR professional I will have the opportunity to interview candidates for jobs. I also have the ability to move up to a higher level of HR as a senior HR professional.
