Health Care in a Package People who are taxed on their hard-earned money could go to those who need it or those who don't need it. The health care reform law is not a reasonable solution for people who cannot afford or do not have private health insurance. The healthcare reform law has long been at the center of a heated debate in the House and Senate. The Obama administration has pushed health care reform since its inception in 2008 and eventually pushed the legislation through Congress. It was a difficult process simply because some members of Congress wanted the Supreme Court to decide whether the healthcare law was constitutional. The Supreme Court, however, did not side with these members of Congress. They ruled that it was constitutional as long as it was applied as a tax. Republicans are still strongly opposed to the bill that will ultimately lead to a government shutdown in early and mid-October 2013. The big problem is that Democrats believe the bill they pushed through Congress will help people with pre-existing conditions such as diabetes. They also believe that, in the long term, this will benefit everyone in the United States. Republicans, however, believe the bill is destroying jobs, raising taxes, and increasing the cost of health care overall ("Repeal and Replace Job-Destroying Health Care Law - A Pledge to America "). Some Alexander 2 people also believe this could hurt medical jobs in the future and could affect doctors' incomes now. On the other hand, everyone can accept that the health reform law will actually benefit people with pre-existing conditions such as diabetes. The law will help them get health insurance that they wouldn't have even considered before,......between paper insurance and other people who can't afford it; have much more evidence. There are many consequences to this health care reform law: it could harm states' rights even more in the future, it could affect future medical jobs, and it could be abused by people and not be able to help people who have it. more need. The main reasons why healthcare reform Alexander Law 5 is not a reasonable solution is because it limits states' rights, leaves doctors with an uncertain future, and allows people to abuse the system and consume other people's hard-earned money.
