Once again we examine the similarities between his ideas and concepts and those of the Marines. A clear example of this concept is used by the Marines in recruiting efforts. If we take a look at Marine Corps recruiting television commercials, most of the commercials contain no spoken words. The only message the commercial conveys is that we are Marines and we are awesome, do you want to be? Such a message tells a young man or woman that to be a part of this organization, you must believe what we believe. The most amazing part is that once the young person joins believing in what the organization believes is that trust emerges within the organization. Trust is knowing that we can take a risk and that some will have our back, a trait that anyone would like to adopt
